Christ is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!
Today’s devotional wasn’t written with Easter in mind, but the result of a very frustrating experience of having a gel pen stain some white towels. I purchased white towels for the very reason that I could bleach them to keep them looking clean, but there are some stains that remain even with the strongest bleach.
And so it is fitting on Easter to remember the stain of sin wasn’t able to be removed by the law, or good works, or any other effort. Praise the Lord for removing all of our sin, even the blackest stains that we couldn’t remove any other way.
