I hope you find great comfort in the reminder from today’s God Hears Her blog post that we are citizens of heaven. The idea was sparked because of a story I read about a refugee who spent 18 years living in an airport terminal because no country would claim him as a citizen. When life here is hard and it feels like we don’t belong, there is peace knowing that we are accepted and loved by God who not only calls us citizens of heaven but his beloved children.
