This week a big storm knocked out power to our house. Despite having intact power lines and newly installed light bulbs, flipping the light switch generated no light because there was a disruption in the connection to the power source.
It was also fitting timing because today’s devotional reflects on what I’ve learned from frequently losing power in our home. It’s an important reminder that in order to experience the power of the Spirit, we have to remain connected to him.
