Over the years, I’ve been so blessed by people’s kindness in providing practical care to my family in so many different forms: a meal, hand-me-down clothes for my kids, shoveling the sidewalk after a snowstorm, lending me a car when mine was in the shop. Each small kindness was significant because it met a very real need. Tucked away at the end of 2 Timothy is a glimpse into the ways friends cared for Paul when he was in need.
